Welcome to the Outer Barks... celebrating our 77th year (in dog years that is !) The Outer Barks is located in the Scarborough Lane Shoppes (the building behind Fishbones restaurant) in the heart of Duck, NC. We offer a huge selection of unique gifts and supplies for the dog lover, plenty of roaming/sniffing room for our four-legged friends. The Outer Barks is also home for the popular Yappy Happy Hour. Once a week between Easter and Thanksgiving, the Outer Barks hosts a free party for all canine friends. The parties feature frozen doggie daiquiris, puppy pasta, cake and other delicious treats, as well as an agility course, paw painting an baby pools. Currently, Yappy Hours are held on Wednesdays, 4-5:30 pm. Bring your dog(s) and join the fun!
