If you haven't already heard, the Outer Barks moved last season ... just across the street to the Scarborough Lane Shoppes (the building behind Fishbones restaurant) in the heart of Duck, NC.  We offer an even larger selection of unique gifts and supplies for the dog lover, more roaming/sniffing room for our four-legged friends.
